Sam Sussman

Sam Sussman spent eight years working on development projects throughout the East Coast, focusing on New York, Alexandria, and Miami. Sam has worked on CIM’s Equity and Debt platforms, serving as both a developer and lender for various projects throughout the firm’s portfolio. He has been responsible for managing ongoing projects as well as underwriting new deals for the development pipeline.

Mr. Sussman has worked across traditional ground up construction, adaptive reuse, deeply distressed and special situations development projects. Notably, he has managed the sales and marketing process for multiple NYC luxury condo projects across Manhattan and Brooklyn.

A Native New Yorker, Sam graduated from Yale University with a Bachelors in History.
